Monster inside me

It's kind of funny, its kind of it's sad,
My day went satisfied but in the end, I am still mad,
I introspected, I laughed, I cried, emotionally abrupt,
Unavoidable, can't absorb, what has made me so corrupt?
I am standing still, stuck with this feeling, with the drifted ground,
My expectations are not met and I have no strength left to look around,
I will see you but I will look down,
Afraid that you might know me and the monster you have found.
